diagnose this..

A 8 year old male child with history of chronic intermittent cough and shortness of breath on exertion had hematemesis 1 week ago. Clinical investigations were started and CT was done. Previous treatment unavailable. what is being SEEN in the scan? what could be the probable diagnosis? Child has been sent for biopsy to interrogate further.
