What is nasal cavity cancer?
Nasal cavity cancer is abnormal proliferation of nasal cavity cells. It is broadly categorized as head and neck cancer. Nasal cavity cancer is a rare malignant cancer that initially presents with persistent blocked nose, decreased sense of smell, nose bleeding, runny nose and mucous draining in the back of throat. Exposure to wood dust, dust, leather dust, flour, nickel dust, chromium dust, mustard gas, radium and other similar triggers are risk factors for nasal cavity cancer.
