Mohs Surgery for Treatment of HPV Infection Mohs surgery is choice of treatment in recurrent carcinoma. Experienced and certified dermatologists perform Mohs surgery in clinical setting. In this procedure, the dermatologists excise the tissue in only those areas where maximum conservation is necessaryily required. Mohs surgery is a conservative way of excising the maliganant lesions and it is combined with dermapathology for the ananlysis. It is especially recommended in management of verrucous carcinoma.
