Hey everyone.. if the ACL is partially torn by a small percentage. What’s the best and the fastest treatment you could have and is it surgical or not.

All this depends if the knee is still stable or not. If it’s not, surgery is of course recommended, and if it is, non-surgical treatments may be considered. Some non-surgical treatments would just be giving a brace and crutches to protect the knee. Physical therapy for rehabilitation will then be started once the swelling improves. Surgical treatment would usually be reconstructing the ACL using tissue obtained either from somewhere else in the body or from a donor. Since it’s torn by a small percentage, I would say that the non-surgical treatments would be the most appropriate, but there’s not really much information to go on. I hope this helps!

Thank you, knowing I already have done the ACL replacement surgery two years ago, and later on while I’m in the match had this problem, however this was 6 months ago and now I have no swelling and my knee is stable, I run, gyming and play a bit of football, but in some movements my knee shows instability but very little. I wanna the beat solution to come back to field ASAP and be back as before. I read about stem cells treatment but some people didn’t recommend..
