Pulmonary Stenosis | Heart Sounds

The sound of pulmonary stenosis aka pulmonic stenosis is often described as a harsh crescendo-decrescendo mid-systolic sound, often accompanied by a systolic ejection click. You may also hear a split S2, which is caused by prolonged pulmonic ejection leading to a delayed P2 sound.
