Hey I know this is weird but I’m 14. I want to work in the medical field when I get older. I do not want to go to college long, but I want to make good money. Will you doctors and smart people on here please comment something good. It will help me threw high school. We have to take classes that kinda help what we wanna be when we grow up. It will be greatly appreciated.
I do apologize if I came off seemingly rude. It wasn't my intentions. I was basically told the same thing when i wanted to just *POOF* and be a doctor. Ive learned from my past experiences that it takes alot more work than i ever imagined. If youre willing to stick with it, maybe consider becoming a nurse to start with to see if dealing with medical practice is your forte. Its not only about the money, it's about having the compassion to want to help people feel better and recover quickly. You dont treat symptoms, you treat the patient. Without proper people skills and just dive in with book knowledge, youll surely find yourself falling short. There's more to being a doctor than just learning by the book and going to college. I hope you find your calling :)
I am also in high school and an aspiring doctor. What’s getting me though is knowing that soon I’ll be able to study and learn about stuff that I’m genuinely passionate about and am interested in, and that one day I’ll be able to help others who are in need. I know that becoming a doctor takes many years of hard work but one day you’ll look back wth pride and satisfaction that you got through it. I hope this helps, You can do it!!
Ive been in college for 5 years now & will be applying to medical school soon. You have to be willing to put in the work and effort it takes to get to being a doctor. It takes years. If you're not willing to put in the time it takes, might want to consider a different profession.
U want to become doctor but don't want to go to college long .this does not make any sense . U r still not clear about your goal .think on it again .only enter in to medical field if u are very much inteested in it and always remember one thing that there is no shortcut to success and no alterantive to hardwork .
Dont run for money instead run for excellence and money will eventually follow u
Concentrate on your Science classes, you will need them no matter what you choose. It will be a lot of hard work either way. If you are wanting shorter education choices consider ultrasound or radiology tech, PT or OT assistant or OR tech. All of those are 2 year degrees.
First off take grammar classes to learn the proper usage of the word "threw." It is "through."
I'm in highschool and I know how to spell (it's grammar, not grammer btw) and use proper words. I grew up speaking english and am pretty educated english wise. Some people don't have that privilege
Dude chill. Shes in highschool. Why not build her confidence instead of destroy it. Grammar nazis aren't cool.
