Inflammatory bowel disease includes diseases like ulcerative colitis and crohn's disease. These are conditions with recurrent inflammation of bowel. The condition presents as abdominal mass, pain, diarrhea, fever and malaise. It can limit patients daily routine. Just like ulcerative colitis, crohn's disease has some extra-intestinal features which manifest with crohn's disease. These include: arthritis, uveitis, erythema nodosum, pyoderma granulosm and clubbing of nails.
