I really need to loose weight, what do u suggest I do?
Get off MEDizzy and get on a treadmill! Also pick a diet that works for you and stick with it for AT LEAST 2 weeks.
Do you NEED to lose weight ? I would check my food intake to make sure it has healthy fats, fibre, fruit and veggies. Reduce sugar especially soda, be aware of constant sodium intake, and exercise to FEEL good, not to look good. That is healthy and part of being happy. I hope the drive is mentally healthy, even body builders can be unhealthy in their obsession Best wishes!
