What is the likely diagnosis?

A 12year old girl came to the hospital with giddiness, fatigue with no complaints of fever or any other specific symptoms. On general examination, she was presented with this condition which she had been having since birth. This was not a scar from an injury or a burn. This has specific characteristics of widening its border and the same way it gets cured and the border is shortened without any medications after some days
