A 38-year-old smoker man presents anorexia, weight loss and epigastric pain for the last 6 month, in the lower retrosternal region in connection with meals. Barium swallow test showed that the fundus and gastric body had a thickened wall and poor mobility. according to these findings the most probable diagnosis is: 1) Menetrier disease 2) Diffuse gastric cancer 3) Chronic gastritis type A 4) Systemic scleroderma 5) Barret Oesophagus
