I see 43 yo, is it correct? If so, it is unlikely an osteosarcoma at that age. Maybe GCT?

Osteosarcoma..I think coz the primary lesion looks to be near the metaphysis of the bone.!?

GCT (myeloplaxe tumor) ? differential dg could be made with the aneurysmal bone cyst (more common in children)
