Characteristics of Common Cutaneous Warts • Small, granular, fleshy bumps • Pink, white or tan colored • Black pinpoints indicating blood vessels • Rough, well-circumscribed, hyperkeratotic papulonodules or plaques with irregular scaly surfaces • Most commonly appear on feet, knees, hands and fingers • Asymptomatic • Painful upon pressing • Occurrence at a site causes spread to nearby areas hence called kissing warts • Self-limited
