Diagnosis?

55-year-old woman presents a clear blush at the ankles or above the knee that lasts at most two days then disappears completely. No itching or burning, just warm to the touch. Skin not irritated. Sudden onset not resulting from the use of socks or trousers. Sometimes she feels suddenly very tired.
