Great toe amputation
Patient had a small wound which he tried to treat by applying mud, leaves and other home remedies which led to secondary infection and infestation by maggots following necrosis. Patient was also diabetic.

Diabetic feet are always so stubborn ,will you refer to a podiatrist ? Or Abx, wound care and feet care ?
