List the signs that make up Reynold's pentad.
Cholangitis is the inflammation or infection involving biliary tree. It can be the result of an infection like parasites or bacterial or may from an obstruction by mass like tumors or stones. It classically presents as Charcot’s triad which includes fever, jaundice or right upper quadrant pain. When these three signs also include shock and confusion it is known as Reynold's pentad. Management includes: blood tests, radiological tests, MRCP and ERCP +stenting.
