Signs and Symptoms Condylomata Acuminata • Manifestation of HPV infection • Exophytic i.e. lesions arising from outer surface of organ • Cauliflower-like, fleshy and skin-colored papules, 1-5 mm in diamter • Located near moist surfaces of body e.g. vulva, vagina, labia, vaginal introitus and perianal area • Sometimes also located near dry surfaces e.g. shaft of penis • Cause pain, bleeding and pruritis
