It looks like acne scarring. Luckily there are many treatments. Schedule an apointment with a dermatologist or a specialist who can complete these procedures
Try something called neutrogena rapid clear. You can pick it up at most stores. Make sure to wash your face with soap and dry it. Then apply the neutrogena rapid clear to the affected area. Do this 4 times a week for 3 weeks and let me know if that doesn't help
