Diagnosis?

Diagnosis?

The Patient come to hospital with cerebral trauma. His vital signs TA: 105/80mmHg, Spo2: 97%, RR:25/min, pulse : 100/min, T: 37c. ATCD: don't have any pass story before. So what do you think with this CT Scan ?
