Geographic tongue (benign migrating glossitis), not leukoplakia where the plaques are brighter, the edges are better defined and the plaques raise slightly above the mucosa in oral leukoplakia. Geographic tongue is often associated with a centralized tongue fissure for which vitamin B2 is often administered. However, it is not clear that vitamin B2 will contribute in case of geographic tongue.
