Almost. Patients has some low voltage p waves and Delta waves are present. Agree that lead L3 is off. And low p waves can indicate problems with the atrium which is severe may need a atrial pacemaker. Delta waves means possible probs with electricrical pathways of the heart. Such as WPF

There is a little ST elevation and it appears mostly in limb lead and knowing some pericardial lead are clear; unlikely
