Acid labile drug means a drug that is easily destroyed in acidic environment. The Stomach is the main site for drug absorption mainly by oral route. The pH of the stomach is acidic so the absorption of acid labile drugs through stomach is difficult. For this reason, the drugs should be formulated as enteric coated or may be administered through parenteral route.

I think acid resistant drugs are drugs that are not destroyed in acidic environment. Their absorption is not affected by the pH of the stomach.
