yeah was thinking it looked more warty than the smooth, shiny domes of molluscum

1st, where are these located? The lateral or distal portion of the leg? 2nd, are there more locations with these bumps? If the lateral thigh portion is the only places where these occur, I’d suggest general warts. If these are all over the body, then I’d suggest mollescum contagiosum. Which if you didn’t know, is a family member of the pox virus.
