ECG shows ST elevation and some unspecified twave inversions. I would follow STEMI protocol. EMT here

It's turned out to be Brugada. 1 in 2000 prevalence in young population. Causes sudden unexplained cardiac arrest usually at night.

I could believe it brugada due to seizures but always rule out most common and serious conditions. Interesting case thanks for sharing
