Dexlansoprazole, esomeprazole, lansoprazole, omeprazole, pantoprazole, and rabeprazole are commonly available proton pump inhibitors (PPI) indicated for various medical conditions. Despite being well-tolerated, few adverse effects may be associated with prolonged use.
