Pseudomembranous candidiasis (oral thrush) presents as a scrapable creamy white lesions on the oral mucosa .It can be due to poor oral hygiene, and the presence of C. albicans which is also normal oral flora. It is diagnosed through clinical feature and confirmed with microbiology examination and then treated with topical antifungals (nystatin oral suspension and miconazole oral gel).
