You can study by watching short videos from YouTube such as those by Osmosis. Also using a short book like Fundamentals of Pathology by Dr Hussain A. Sattar helps to remember the key points.

I would suggest starting with the basics. Pathoma is a great place to start for a broad overview. After that, fill in the details of specific body systems and refer to more detailed resources for the nitty gritty (I think Robbins is probably the most comprehensive).
