Clean cut on upper arm
Clean cut on upper arm, came with hipotensive state and profuse bleeding on history...after the large hematoma evacuated, partial ruptured of brachial artery and its deep vein. Partially ruptured of an arteri will lead to profuse bleeding because it can not rectracted and constrict as in normal respons to arterial total rupture
