Congenital granular cell epulis is a benign tumor that occurs almost exclusively in the mucosa of the alveolar ridges of neonates. With the occurrence of multiple lesions being rare, female predominance is seen. There is potential airway distress and feeding difficulties associated with large tumors. Combination approach of both spontaneous regression and surgical excision is considered.
