Myelokathexis
It is a rare hereditary condition which is characterized by normal granulocytes production; however, the release into circulation is impaired. This impairment usually led to neutropenia as well as alterations in neutrophil morphology. As shown in the image, neutrophils are hyper segmented compared to the normal, presence of prominent cytoplasmic vacuolation may also observed, and cytoplasm is large and may appear irregular.
