Sir , this some what resembles ringworm and too other fungal infection , but how can we distinguish between them ??

Well, characteristic lesions are circular and sharply marginated with raised edge. Peripheral activity is marked in ring worm.
The microscopic examination of skin scraping is simple investigation.
