Seminoma is a benign tumour of testes typically found in fourth and fifth decade of life. Grossly it presents as a well circumscribed, multinodular mass, grey-white in colour. On cutting the tumour the mass can be seen bulging from the cut surface. Sometimes tumours may present with area of central necrosis.
