What's your diagnosis?

A 34 year old male landed in a hypotensive state in the ER after having a road traffic accident. On examination, he had bruises over his thorax and a closed fracture of the radius and ulna. Resuscitation was initiated and ECG leads were attached. What does the following pattern indicate?

Multifocal atrial tachycardia with variable atrioventricular conduction. Can present irregularly irregular. But with Afib pwaves are sharp.
