❓Mystery Diagnosis ❓

❓Mystery Diagnosis ❓

Spring. 12-year old girl is complaining about her both feet, because she feels pain during walk. On the surface of sole there are all lot of small, itchy and painful vesicles with plasma inside. If she intensively walks, the vesicles are cracking and after some time the amount of the vesicles increase. Doctor excluded allergy. He tried to treat this condition with antibiotics and topical steroid (ointment). Doesn't work. What is your diagnosis? 🤔
