Hey guys need your help there is this guy who had three tiny masses one right behind his right testicle painful to touch and the other two are above somewhere around the vas deferens. He claim to have a pulling sensation in his scrotum also feels heaviness in the lower right quadrant of his abdoment has a swolen lymph node in the right side of the neck feels some throbbing pain in his right hemisphere of the brain did altrasoumd but nothing is detected. So need your help diagnosing and treatment suggestion please.
