Prompt management of Acute Limb Ischemia is necessary. Management of ALI depends upon the cause. In case of embolism: - Thrombolysis is conducted via catheter followed by anticoagulation with Low-Molecular Weight Heparin (LMWH) - Surgical arterial embolectomy followed by anticoagulation with Low-Molecular Weight Heparin (LMWH) In case of thrombolism: - CT angiography - Balloon angiography - Open surgery In case of unsalvageable limb: - Primary amputation
