About more than half of patient have recurrence of another renal stone. Investigation by urine test and medical imaging. Treatment is thiazide, diuretic, allopurinol, citrate, tamsulosin(in large stone) and drink lot of water. Avoided drink having phosphoric acid and NSAID or opioid for the pain but this treatment for symptomatic renal stone.
