Acanthosis Nigricans

This condition usually occurs in patients having diabetes,PCOD,colon cancer, and obesity. It is the hyperpigmentation of skin in certain areas of body commonly in neck, axilla, and groin. Causes are unknown but sometimes its hereditary. Treatment is by life modification by using lightening creams or by treating underlying cause.
