JUVENILE XANTHOGRANULOMA

Juvenile xanthogranuloma is a very rare disorder and is benign histiocytic proliferation that develops in infants and young children. This disease is considered to be the most common form of non-Langerhans’ cell histiocytoses. It characteristically contains Touton giant cells. In most of the cases this disease presents as a solitary cutaneous nodule.
