Skin Burn about 25% 2 Degree Full Thickness Due to Flamed Petroleum.

The patient is 45 years old, Prey Veng Province, Cambodia. She just got injuries from flamed petroleum during complete daily task. The wound was happen over the anterior tummy and chest. The wound is making the new dressing every two or three day. After 3 weeks, about 65 percentage was proper healing while the granulation tissues still be remained on the anterior chest. Then the doctor decided to do the flit thickness skin graft. This picture is taken 7 day after skin graft and it is successfully grafting. Burn and Plastic Surgery Service, Preah Kossamak Hospital, Phnom Penh City, Cambodia.

1st degree= blanched skin, painful. 2nd degree superficial = blanched skin, painful. 2nd degree deep=no blanch w or without pain. 3rd &4th degree not blanched skin & painless

That person has to be a “she”, not he.. or if a he, also might have gynecomastia as well..
