This article describes the case of a 32-year-old female patient diagnosed with clozapine-induced DRESS syndrome. The patient presented from the behavioural health centre with complaint of a diffuse rash with a 2-day history. According to the patient, the rash started on the upper extremity, spreading to her face, chest and thighs, 2 days before she was admitted.
