I think it is rotator cuff tears because ...... Rotator cuff tears: Is a tear of one or more of the tendons , the supraspinatus is mostly affected as it passes below the acromion . The role of supraspinatus is to resist downward motion .The cuff is responsible for ,the stabilization the glenohumeral joint , abduction , external rotation and internal rotation of the Humerus. Overuse of the muscle can lead to tears

True, when I looked it up from other sources later, I saw that actually all of the options were possible as a complication if the case is an anterior dislocation.

This sounds like anterior shoulder dislocation, axillary nerve injury is a probable complication.

Bcoz patient right arm is abducted and externally rotated ... Most probably it occurs in a case of anterior shoulder dislocation...axillary nerve injury is the complication
