“S” incision post removal of a giant parasagittal meningioma What is a parasagittal meningioma? A meningioma is a benign tumor that arises from arachnoid cells of the arachnoid villi. Though most are asymptomatic, in some cases the tumor can compress certain areas of the brain leading to a variety of neurological symptoms such as headaches or seizures.

Easier to heal than straight lins because it distributes the tension
