I don't have a diagnosis but I have seen that before, maybe it was on here.
Orofacial Granulomatosis/Granulomatosis with polyangiitis/Strawberry Gingivitis/Wegeners granulomatosis!
Doesn't look like normal gingeval hyperplasia, as that has a smooth, shiny surface. My bet is on what Dr. Vijay S said as strawberry gingivitis.
With this type of syndrom the patient present a higher risk of malignant lÊsion ( breast cancer, thyroid cancer ..ets )
