How would you start a diagnosis of a patient with mild dull upper chest pain? It started about 4 months, norm B/P, norm iron levels, average RHR 58-63, non-radiating. Had 3 instances where the patient felt faint around 3 months ago. Now has just settled into an occasional dull ache in the chest.
