Was anyone born with three kidneys?Thats all failed due to something. What is the reason ? Can they suffer from any problem?

This is a congenital anomaly called supernumerary kidney. It occurs when two metanephric blastema are formed instead of one. It may or may not be asymptomatic. Symptoms are usually due to an infection or abdominal pain because of the mass.
