I'm thinking of mixed infection. fungal and bacterial. what do you suggest as treatment. I don't have access to medical lab.

Probably a skin infection caused by fungi should perform KOH examination for validation

depends what you have access to, apple cider vinegar has both antifungal and antibacterial properties
