Congenital venous anomaly.. rare one... the old name is Klipperl Trenaunay syndrome... its components are : Varicose veins Portwine stain Limb hypertrophy All are present. Nowadays it is called venous lymphatic capillary combined congenital vascular malformation. Doppler findings.. for this case... congenitally absent external iliac vein.. and incompetent saphenopopliteal junction...
