Nobody has any diagnosis of memory loss but the mother and a daughter also go through it. What other related information could I ask? Or if they don’t have much info what are the next steps?

What's the severity of memory loss? Is it mild forgetfulness or real memory issues and confusion? And is there any progression or improvement of symptoms over time? Also in this age group, hypothyroidism may also affect the memory and thinking. Other causes could be early onset Alzheimers and dementias which need to be investigated by a trained professional. However, stress, attempts at multitasking and lifestyle factors can also contribute.
