Submandibular ganglion (and lingual nerve)

Here's the anatomy of another one of the parasympathetic ganglia of the head: the submandibular ganglion! The nerves innervating the submandibular and sublingual salivary glands pass through here. Have you been struggling with the lingual nerve? We're going to describe that too, as it's both crucial here and something that students get confused about.
