Hello so about neuroanatomy and central nervous system what is the difference between light touch and fine touch I thought they were the same think but I think I’m wrong

You are quite right! Fine touch and light touch are pretty synonymous. Both are referred to as discriminative touch as they can be localized with quite accuracy. However, light touch per se refers to the touch that is felt in the superficial layers of the skin in contrast to deeper sensations of pressure and vibrations.
